Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with IC Treasures Toy Co.! We work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 3-4 days after payment has been received.

    Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, special events, or periods of high order volume.

    Some products are individually produced, or 3D printed and may require additional processing time. Any extended production time will be noted in the product description when applicable.

    Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

  • Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

    Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

    Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • When tracking information is available, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

    Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

    If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

    Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

  • Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances outside our control may occasionally result in delays.

    If your tracking information indicates that a package is lost or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at letsplay@ictreasures.com so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

    For damaged shipments, please keep the original packaging and take photographs of the package and damaged product. We may request these photographs to help resolve the issue.

  • Local pickup may be available for customers in the Tampa Bay area. When available, local pickup options and instructions will be provided during checkout or communicated after your order is placed.

    Orders designated for local pickup will not be shipped unless separate arrangements and applicable shipping charges are made.
