Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Personalized or customized products

• Made-to-order products

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise

• Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing parts after delivery

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return resulted from an error by IC Treasures.

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at letsplay@ictreasures.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
